Return and Refund Policy
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!
Return
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.
Note: We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, discounted items, and customized products, unless a customer received a wrong item was faulty.
How to Reach Us
Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please email us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Our Solutions:
1. BelleChloe's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when BeleChloe is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size. |

Return Conditions
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized handmade products, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
Note:The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
